He Lectures on Cosmetic, tooth bonding, laminate veneers.fiber-renforced composite bridges, complex smile makeovers and tooth bleaching systems he has lectured extensively at state and national level.
He conductscompotram programe for composite bonding to his four favorite modules class iv # built-up, Diastemma Closure, posterior Composites and Direct bonded laminates all over Maharashtra. He Was Ex-lecturer in MGV Dental College, Nashik.
 
He was Ex-president of Nashik IDA branch. He was Speaker for DENSTPLY for 8 yrs & currently he is a speaker for 3M ESPE. He isadvisor to various dental manufacturers & journal. He has published many articles on aesthetic dentistry in state and national level Journals.
