Job Title: Sales Head, Dental Management SaaS

– A Dynamic Career Shift for Recent Dental Graduates Company: RCMS™ India Location: Kozhikode, Kerala, India

Compensation: Base Salary: INR 15,000 per month

We are seeking passionate and driven individuals based in Kozhikode to help us expand our reach across Kerala. The Opportunity: Are you a recent dental graduate seeking a dynamic change from clinical practice? Do you want to utilize your dental knowledge in a business setting while developing your communication, sales, and technology skills? If so, this Sales Head position might be the perfect fit for your career transition! As our Sales Head, you\'ll introduce our innovative dental management software to dentists throughout Kerala. You\'ll build strong relationships, understand the specific challenges dental practices face, and demonstrate how our software provides transformative solutions. This role offers a unique combination of utilizing your dental background and building a foundation for a successful business career.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-person presentations and demonstrations of our SaaS platform to dentists and dental practices throughout Kerala. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, capitalizing on your understanding of the dental industry. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to refine sales approaches and messaging. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications: Recent BDS degree (within the past three years). Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and sales techniques. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Kerala. Must reside in North Kerala
