Position Responsibilities and Duties: Communicates with customers (Hospitals/Clinics/Doctors), colleagues, dental technicians, and managers in a prompt articulate manner. Complies with customer service policies of Digident. Relies on extensive technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Assists customers in problem solving, planning, development, and execution of stated goals and objectives. Ensures customer retention and satisfaction. Evaluates each case thoroughly and advises doctors on which product is best for the particular case. Makes outbound calls on cases that need assistance. Maintains a day-to-day professional relationship with doctors, dental technicians and managers. Follows-up on specific requests made by doctors on particular cases. Seeks advice and input from the manager when needed. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Serves as courier between divisions and departments throughout the company. Provide Chair-side assistance to Prosthodontist/Periodontist/Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon/ Endodontist/Orthodontist. Minimum Skills and Requirements: Basic English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and understand basic English instructions. Ability to communicate clearly with dentists, employees, management, and team members. Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural business environment. Demonstrated reliability, dependability and flexibility in work habits. Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maneuver throughout lab facilities for extended periods of time, including negotiating stairs in some locations. Ability to teach new recruit (Doctors/Lab assistants/Technicians) providing self-less service.   Essential Skills: Having knowledge/interest in the field of Digital Dentistry and Implantology. Trained in Intra-oral Scanning (IOS) device or willingness to learn IOS and train the junior staff. Chair-side assistance to doctors with genuine interest in Digital Dentistry and Implantology. Willing to learn implant guide development and train the junior staff on the same. Able to understand dental mechanics, ceramics, and implantology. Technical knowledge or experience on surgical techniques will be an added advantage but not essential. Maintain confidentiality and privacy at the workplace. Qualifications: Trained Dentist will be preferred. Will consider BDS/MDS Doctor (passed out/pursuing) having interest in Digital Dentistry and Implantology. Registered Dentist from Dental Council of India will be favored. Salary: BDS Full-time Salary: Rs 20,000 – 25,000/- (including HRA). MDS Full-time Salary: Rs 40,000 – 50,000/- (including HRA). Daily and conveyance allowances when required. Remuneration will be decided based qualification, experience, and skill set. Start Date: Immediate or within next month
