Job Description

Dentists perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and create tailored treatment plans. They carry out procedures such as extractions, root canals, implants, dentures, corrective surgeries, and administer anesthesia while ensuring sterile practices. They educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, diet, and post-treatment routines, as well as provide emergency consultations and urgent care.

Allied Role: Collaboration
They refer and coordinate with specialists for complex cases, guide dental assistants during procedures, and collaborate with administrative staff on scheduling, billing, and patient records.

Improvement & Administration
Dentists participate in audits, adopt new technologies, and act on patient feedback to improve care. They maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulations, manage equipment and supplies, and assist with insurance.

Training, Safety & Outreach
